10 year proposal anniversary!

I have the most loving, thoughtful husband. Brian surprised me with a very romantic evening Jan 9th, the day he proposed to me 10 years ago in Leavenworth.  He arranged for my parents to watch the kids and made dinner reservations at Wildwood downtown.  When we got to our table there were red roses with braided ribbon just like the one's he had delivered the night he proposed.  Then he gave me a gorgeous set of diamond earings.  He's looked forward to giving me this gift and knew that diamonds were the traditional 10 year anniversary gift. Since we're celebrating our wedding day anniversary with a trip to New Zealand, he wanted to give them to me for our "proposal anniversary", which is so very sweet! Brian put so much effort and thought into his proposal, he really wanted it to be a day that we celebrate, especially 10 years later!  Our waitress even brought us champagne to celebrate with. It was a very memorable night.
