Christmas!

We were out late at the Selby's the night before, so Christmas morning we all slept in and were awaken by the doorbell. Grammy, Grandpa and Uncle Dan were at the door! I had told them to come over at 8am since the kids usually wake up around 6:30 or 7. It never crossed my mind they would sleep in so late, especially Isaiah! It worked out perfect, though, because they got to to be a part of the whole Christmas morning tradition. Brian made the best cinnamon rolls yet, they turned out amazing! We stayed in our pajamas playing with all our new toys until dinner over at Grammy and Grandpa's. Ashley gave a special surprise. She stood on her chair at dinner and read her bible verse for us before prayers. Aunt Bonnie, Uncle Al, Adam and Lucas were over there too and we had a wonderful Christmas evening together.
Reading Santa's letter he left for them.  The reindeer left a big mess in the font yard this year.  They must have been in a hurry to get to the next house.

Ashley got a keyboard this year.  I think Santa heard how well she learned "Happy Birthday" on the Saliba's keyboard and thought she might like one.  Now she's added "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star"

Papa and Isaiah made this manger while he was off work for the week.  Ashley got to decorate the bedding and couldn't wait to put baby Jesus in it Christmas morning.

Uncle Dan 2 weeks after his accident.  How fast his recovery was is a miracle!
