We went down to Portland for Thanksgiving this year to spend the weekend with both sides of the family. Becky and Dallas drove up from Coos Bay, Steve and Steph drove over from Pendleton, we came down from Seattle and my aunt, uncle, 2 cousins, and Dan all met us over at my parents house for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a houseful, but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We ate too much on Thanksgiving, as always. On Friday the boys went target shooting while the girls went to lunch and out shopping. We got Ashley a big girl car seat and she's now forward facing. We decided on the Graco Nautilus and so far she really likes it. What a fancy contraption, it's amazing the features they have on these things, they look like recliners in the car with a cup holder and everything! Saturday night Brian and I went over to a friends to watch the Civil War game between OSU and U of O while the family watched Ashley, and Sunday we were home bound.

What a weekend had by all. We want to thank your parents for hosting and can't wait for next year for the fun eats and to see how our sweet pea has grown and changed. She has changed quite a bit since the last time I saw her for her birthday and that was only a month.
Couple more weeks and we'll do it all again at Christmas in Bend. Let's all pray for a big snow storm to dump lots of snow for all our planned winter activities.
What a blessing to all be together for Thanksgiving. Next year, same place, same time. It is absolutely our pleasure! (as long as everyone brings their amazing contributions again next yr. Again, thanks everyone for all of those!:)
Emily...You look beautiful! Looks like you had a great holiday!
