Last weekend was girls weekend at my mom's house. Dad was kicked out and had to go on a motorcycle ride and skiing on Saturday (I know poor guy!) Brian's mom and sister met us in Portland for a much needed weekend with the girls. We hadn't seen Becki and Steph since Thanksgiving, so Ashley had a lot of new tricks to show them. Saturday afternoon we went to get pedicures. Instead of getting them all together and finding someone to watch Ashley we went in shifts. Mom, Aunt Bonnie, and I went at 11am and Becki and Steph at 2pm. It actually worked out perfect and in between we all met up for lunch at Greek Cusina. What a yummy place to eat! Saturday night we made pizza and did a little hot tubing of course with a glass of wine in hand. To top off the night Becki made chocolate covered strawberries that were absolutely delicious. Sunday morning was very relaxing. We sat around in our pajamas most of the morning and had mom's delicious quiche that she made for breakfast. Ashley and I were spoiled all weekend with good food and even better company. Steph and Becki left Sunday afternoon and I stayed until Monday. It was nice to have Sunday night to visit with my Dad and Dan to catch up with them too.

It was so much fun getting to see the girls on the west side of the state. Ashley you are the cutest baby girl, and when you laugh it makes me feel so wonderful deep down inside. We love you baby girl.xoxoxo

What a marvelous weekend to have all the girls together. I agree that despite Tom not feeling well, he sure did do alot of playing. It was nice to have him around when we did. Playing patty cake and peek a boo is so much fun. What a wonderful thought to know my baby niece was waiting ever so patiently for me to get my lazy body out of bed. I love you and can't wait to see you again.
That was so fun to see how Aunt Becki taught you to play peek-a-boo and even better that I can watch you playing it over and over again on the blog. Too cute!
